Responsibilities: As a Children with Disabilities Team Manager at iPeople Solutions, you will be responsible for providing supervision and attending panels as required. You will manage case loads of 20 or below, supervise a team of 10 staff members, including part-time workers, and be responsible for sign-off of work and team performance. You will also receive supervision and oversight from the district lead and access to benefits platform (VIVUP) and training opportunities.

You will need to have experience working in social care, particularly with children with disabilities, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A competitive hourly rate of £41.42 per hour, hybrid working arrangement, and access to benefits and training opportunities are available to the successful candidate.
