About the Role

Eden Futures is seeking a Registered Manager to join our team, delivering exceptional support to individuals with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism, or mental illness. As a Shared Registered Manager, you will work closely with the Area Manager to support the day-to-day running of our services.

In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to Service Managers, contributing to the overall success of the area. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing Service Delivery & Quality: Ensure the day-to-day service provision fully complies with Eden philosophy, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Service Development: Continually seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while protecting and safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
  • People Management & Leadership: Provide clear and structured day-to-day management and support to the local team.
  • Collaborative Working: Lead the team in promoting an environment of collaborative working with other departments and agencies.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong leader who can lead by example, with experience in a Supported Living or Residential service, familiar with CQC standards, and experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions. A proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role is essential.
