Job Description
As a Quality Manager at Omega Resource Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these gaps. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality management
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
