Job Summary: Quality Assurance Team Lead

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team at WRK Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of QA Analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes across IT projects and initiatives.

The role involves implementing and enforcing testing standards and methodologies, overseeing day-to-day testing operations, and driving efficiency and effectiveness within the QA team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure QA activities are aligned with project and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QA Analysts
  • Implement and enforce QA processes
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor and report on testing progress
  • Foster team development and provide coaching and training

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading or managing QA teams in IT or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of testing practices, including functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Familiarity with QA automation tools and manual testing approaches
  • Ability to mentor and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
