Quality Assurance Specialist

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality department and coordinating with staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a quality engineering background and relevant industry knowledge in aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage quality systems and standards across a site.

Salary and Benefits:
£42,000 - £47,000 per annum + 15% performance bonus + holiday pay + pension (up to 10%) + sick pay + company benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the quality department and coordinate with all staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout.
- Manage quality systems and standards across a site.
- Experienced Engineering or Quality Manager.
- Quality engineering background.
- Relevant industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, or similar engineering industries.
