We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. As a member of our Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team (CREST), you will be responsible for leading our occupational therapy service and working closely with other healthcare professionals.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be a registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised degree-level qualification and HCPC registration. You will have experience in using evidence-based assessments and interventions, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for providing supervision and line management to junior team members, as well as deputising on occasion for the Service Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A registered Occupational Therapist with recognised degree-level qualification and HCPC registration
  • Experience of using Occupational Therapy evidence-based assessments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
