Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at HealthHero. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week, with a shift pattern of Tuesday to Saturday, 14:00 - 22:00.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a good level of emotional intelligence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely support to patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals across the UK & Ireland.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
