Senior Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wound Care Specialist to join our team as a Community Nurse. As a key member of our community nursing service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care to patients in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. You will be working closely with local community nursing teams and wound care specialists across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality wound care to patients in their own homes
- Work closely with local community nursing teams and wound care specialists
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex wound needs
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Valid UK driving license
- Experience in wound care or community nursing
