The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supporter relationships, providing outstanding donor care, and working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional donor care through excellent written and oral communication to supporters, volunteers, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage supporter relationships, ensuring timely and accurate recording of gifts on our database
  • Support donor events and fundraising activity, sending materials as required to support successful fundraising
  • Support a team of office volunteers, providing training, day-to-day support, and ensuring they deliver a quality service and feel valued
  • Work closely with external volunteers to arrange cover for talks, cheque presentations, and cash collection activities

About You

  • You will have excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and a commitment to working with and supporting a strong team of volunteers
  • Relevant experience in an office and/or customer services environment, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • HNC level qualification or equivalent in Administration or a related discipline, with access to a car and a full driving licence
