Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Ruchazie Nursery in Glasgow. As a qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 0-3 years, providing a warm and stimulating learning environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support children in their learning and development journey, adapting to individual needs and engaging them in fun and educational activities.
  • To monitor progress and work towards achieving goals, ensuring a safe and inclusive place for all who attend Ruchazie Nursery.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in working with early years and providing a positive learning experience for all.
  • Holding a HNC Childcare and Education or equivalent childcare qualification.
  • Ability to build positive relationships between parents/carers and children.
  • Reliability and excellent communication skills.
