UK Building Surveyor Position with Career Growth Opportunities

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, a dedicated organisation transforming lives in Scotland, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain TRFS's owned, leased, and factored property to the highest standard, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements within agreed budgetary levels.
- Manage and administer small projects, monitoring stock regularly.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Diploma, HND in Building Surveying or other relevant construction management qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of current property legislation.
