About the Role


We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Quarriers. As a Support Worker, you will be providing individualised support to adults and/or young people with a wide range of disabilities, either on a 1:1 basis or as part of a team.


About the Service


Our Adult Supported Living services in North Lanarkshire area provide 24 hour care to individuals in their own home. You will be supporting people with their personal care, encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, including keeping them safe, taking part in activities and interests, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.


What You Will Need

  • Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes
  • Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener
  • Good IT and communication skills
  • A full driving license is desirable
