Job Title: Service Administrator

Murray Recruitment is currently seeking an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join their team in Glasgow.

As a Service Administrator, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and key clients to provide essential administrative support for the effective scheduling and coordination of planned maintenance, reactive works, and repairs.

  • Coordinate and plan maintenance schedules to ensure efficient job execution.
  • Manage purchase orders, quotations, and estimates for materials and services.
  • Process client billing and invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Update internal CRM and client systems to maintain accurate records of ongoing jobs and schedules.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to manage after-hours breakdowns and dispatch engineers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Experience in planning or helpdesk roles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Scottish geography for efficient job scheduling and planning.
  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data filtering and highlighting.
  • Able to work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £25,500 per annum.
  • Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–5 pm; Friday, 8:30 am–4 pm.
  • On-call Rota: 1 in 3 weeks, with an additional £200 per on-call week.
  • Holidays: 25 days of annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays.
  • Pension: Company pension scheme.
