Job Title: Children's Support Worker
Job Type: Temporary
Location: Birmingham
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with learning difficulties or challenging behavior in a residential home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with complex needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months paid experience in children's care in the UK within the last 3 years
- Right to work in the UK
- Good standard of English, both spoken and written, with effective communication skills
- Enhanced DBS and suitable references
