Commercial Head of Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Apprenticeship Sales function. As the Commercial Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to promote and engage with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet start targets in the Education, Early Years, and Business sectors.
- Lead the Apprenticeship Sales Team to ensure a steady flow of apprenticeship enrolments and candidates available to fulfill targeted starts.
- Manage the sales and account management teams to ensure consistent meeting of targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Proven track record of individual high performance within a sales function and management of a high-performing team.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Experience of working within the apprenticeship training sector with the ability to overcome problems with fast and effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of the FE and training sector, particularly the apprenticeship model.
- 28 days holiday, plus an extra day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days.
