Job Title: Commissioning Management Team Leader

Job Summary:

AWE Plc is seeking a highly proactive and adaptable engineering leader to lead, coach, and develop a large functional team of commissioning managers who are embedded across our diverse infrastructure delivery portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform the way we work by embracing new tools and technologies, simplifying our ways of working, and establishing best practice learning and development for the future.
  • Ensure that we attract, develop, and retain the workforce to meet the needs of our vital UK nuclear security mission.
  • Support and manage a large functional team of commissioning managers who are embedded across our diverse infrastructure delivery portfolios.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivery, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience of successfully managing projects across teams.
  • Experience of successfully managing a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Being degree qualified in a STEM-related subject would be great, but if you don't have this, but do possess strong experience of working in a similar role, we'd love to receive an application from you.
