Job Title: Commissioning Management Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly proactive and adaptable engineering leader to lead, coach, and develop a large functional team of commissioning managers embedded across our diverse infrastructure delivery portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the attraction, development, and retention of the workforce to meet the needs of our vital UK nuclear security mission.
  • Manage and support a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivery, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience of successfully managing projects across teams and managing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
