Job Title: Head of Investment Data

At Pension Corporation, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Investment Data team. As the Head of Investment Data, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Investment Data, collaborating with business SMEs to simplify and document optimum data processes, and overseeing the Data Operations team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Investment Data team to deliver high-quality data to support business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with business SMEs to redesign and document data processes and related controls.
  3. Oversee the Data Operations team to optimize data processes, ensure data accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making.
  4. Align data management practices with the company's strategic objectives through collaboration with Technology, Change, and Investments business units.
  5. Represent the provision of comprehensive data management services to ensure high-quality and timely delivery, risk control, efficiency, and ongoing support.

Technical Requirements:

  1. Experience working directly with an Investments Front Office.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of products such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Private Debt Investments.
  3. Familiarity with vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Murex, Moody, S&P, Fitch, MSCI, or Aladdin.
  4. Experience of being a Data Leader and migrating from a technical role to a business/data leadership position.
  5. Experience of designing and delivering data management and governance capabilities in Investments or other Financial Services environments.
