Specsavers Blackheath in West Midlands is looking for a Vision Care Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced optical professional to take their career to the next level.

As a Vision Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for dispensing lenses, carrying out pre-screening examinations and working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary: £27,000 - £37,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing excellent customer service and advising patients on suitable products and offers.
  2. Supporting patients with frame selection and ensuring accurate fitting of frames.
  3. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and expertise in optics.
