We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As an Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our clients, including typing, managing correspondence, and handling telephone enquiries.
- Liaise with other areas of the organization, such as insurers, GPs, and commissioners, to ensure smooth patient care and invoicing processes.
- Accurately record Independent Consultant time to ensure appropriate invoicing controls.
- Organize diaries and patient appointments directly with patients and Consultants, striving to provide the best possible service.
- Consistently update CRM - ensuring all necessary reports and documents are uploaded in line with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Liaise with Inpatient and Therapy Services regarding admissions, discharges, and follow-up arrangements.
- Prioritize enquiries, issues, and callers to maintain the highest level of service at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a healthcare setting but not essential.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
