Key Account Manager Ecommerce

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the success of our UK operations. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value accounts, creating development plans, identifying opportunities for growth, forecasting results, negotiating contracts, and reporting on account progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities within accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
  • Forecast and report on account progress
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing high-profile/high-value accounts
  • Strong experience in building client relationships
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
