Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Associate Partner Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business growth and maximizing revenue generation within our highly strategic programs, specifically within the Fulfillment by Amazon team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our sales strategy and drive business growth. As an Associate Partner Manager, you will be working closely with our product and operations teams to deliver key customer experience initiatives and ensure that our services meet the needs of our sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our selling partners to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with our product and operations teams to develop and implement new features and services that meet the needs of our sellers
- Conduct deep dives to report on the performance of our business and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use data and insights to inform our sales strategy and drive business growth
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing
- Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Bonus Information
- Experience building relationships and driving growth with existing customers/partners is advantageous
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, product management, or management consulting is beneficial
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential
