We are looking for a skilled Health and Social Care Assistant to join our team in L'Derry. The ideal candidate should possess QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification and 6 months experience in a care/support role, along with previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities/mental health issues.

Key Features of the Role:
  • To assist in providing person-centred care and support to service users
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve set objectives
  • To promote the independence and well-being of service users

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include 20-23 days annual leave plus 12 public holidays, contributory pension scheme, enhanced sick pay, maternity pay, and paternity pay.
