About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at New Generation Ski and Snowboard School. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications plans that align with our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing and communications plans that drive business growth and achieve organisational objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and guest insights to inform strategic decision-making and set clear objectives and KPIs for marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content and messaging to engage target audiences, including articles, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilise digital channels effectively to reach and convert prospects, track campaign performance, and analyse results to optimise strategies.
  • Brand Management: Manage content calendars, ensure consistency in brand messaging, and optimise content for SEO to improve website visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals, and provide regular campaign performance and insights updates.
Requirements
  • Proven Expertise: Proven expertise in crafting and optimising digital campaigns across various channels, including video production.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Skilled in utilising digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, CMS, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
  • Project Management: Adept at managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Target Achievement: Driven and determined professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
