**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to join our client's award-winning restaurant in Canterbury.

As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and supervising junior staff members.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
  • Supervise junior staff members
  • Contribute to menu development and planning
