Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Community Stroke and Neuro Therapy team in North East Lincolnshire. As a Therapy Assistant, you will provide essential support to our therapy staff in delivering efficient and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist therapy staff with patient treatments, following specific treatment plans and providing necessary equipment.
- Conduct clerical and administrative duties to support the therapy team, including data collection and equipment maintenance.
- Accompany therapists on home visits and visit patient homes independently to carry out defined interventions.
- Collate information and maintain accurate records to support the team's delivery of the service.
- Level 1 Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE equivalent D-E).
- Experience working with people, with good communication skills and the ability to relate well to individuals in all settings.
- Competent IT skills and the ability to work independently with delegated tasks.
- Access to transport and the ability to travel within the required geographical area.
