About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Harrogate. As a key member of our shop's daily operations, you will work closely with the Shop Manager to manage donations, organise displays and merchandising, coordinate stock deliveries and collections, and handle cash with care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage donations and maintain a clean and organised shop environment
  • Organise displays and merchandising to maximise sales and customer engagement
  • Coordinate stock deliveries and collections to ensure efficient stock management
  • Handle cash and maintain accurate records
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of volunteers to support our cause

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a retail environment, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, friendly attitude. You should also have strong computer and administrative skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
