About the Role

Moss Healthcare Harrogate is seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our team. As a Nursing Associate, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and monitor care to patients in a range of settings, including their place of residence.
  • Work with a mentor to develop your clinical competence, leadership, and reflective practice skills.
  • Take responsibility for delivering care independently, within the parameters of the Nursing Associate role.
  • Signpost patients to other appropriate services or professionals as required.
  • Perform and record clinical observations, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse oximetry.

Requirements

  • Be a caring and positive team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Have successfully completed the 2-year Trainee Nursing Associate training programme.
  • Hold a level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent qualification and NMC registration.
