Job Summary

The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced nursing staff, providing essential support to enable them to focus on complex clinical care. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, this role requires an individual who is proactive, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist registered nurses in delivering patient-centered care, ensuring seamless continuity and promoting excellent patient outcomes.
  • To provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records and contributing to the efficient functioning of the practice.
  • To develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  • To participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities, driving continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Registered Nursing Associate and NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a primary care environment, with a strong understanding of the scope of the Nursing Associate role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including word processing, email, and internet use.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexible and willing to work outside core hours when necessary.
