Job Summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Nursing Associate to join our team in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct clinical care to students in accordance with their care plans and within the scope of the nursing associate role.
  • Access and seek advice as needed to ensure effective and safe care delivery.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with staff, managers, and service users at all levels.
  • Timely and appropriately inform colleagues and staff of any changes to student needs, care plans, or risk assessments.
  • Provide theoretical clinical training to care staff, both one-on-one and in small groups.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
  • Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
  • Recent experience of working in the health or care sector undertaking a range of delegated clinical skills.
  • Evidence of continued professional development and clinical supervision.
  • Experience of medication management and administration.
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure when dealing with challenging behaviors.
  • Experience of teaching individuals or groups or willing to develop teaching skills.
  • Experience of providing care to clients with a range of clinical care needs.
  • Recent experience of working with young adults.
  • Excellent communication skills.
