Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team on an adult inpatient ward at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HDFT's values and be due to receive Adult NMC registration from their university course in Autumn 2025.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their nursing skills and work under the guidance of an expert mentor. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care for patients, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and provide nursing care for patients
  • In consultation with senior staff, help plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate care for patients
  • Maintain standards in accordance with ward/Trust policies and procedures and NMC code of conduct
  • Maintain a safe working environment, being aware of the necessity to comply with Health & Safety regulations and the Environmental Health Act

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £34,999 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to clinical skills training, personal development courses, and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.
