Adult Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adult Care Professional to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each individual's unique needs. As an Adult Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care and support, including administering medication, managing medical equipment, and assisting with daily living tasks.
This position requires no prior experience in care work, as we provide comprehensive training and clinical support to help you grow and develop your skills. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including maternity/paternity leave, paid annual leave, refer-a-friend scheme, and enhanced DBS checks.
