Job Overview

As a Community Care Specialist with Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, you will be working in a community team within the stunning surroundings of Yorkshire. We are seeking adult staff nurses, newly qualified nurses, student, and return-to-practice nurses who are interested in delivering high-quality care in various community settings.

We pride ourselves on collaborating with a range of professionals to ensure excellence in care and being part of the Harrogate and Rural Alliance.

Our clientele have complex needs, and our service runs daily throughout the year to provide the best possible care. This offers flexibility in shift patterns, allowing you to work between 7am-8pm.

We were reported as 'outstanding' in our last CQC inspection and are proud to offer high-quality and innovative care to the people of Harrogate and Rural areas in their own homes. No two days are the same, and we have supportive management teams that truly value staff wellbeing and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • To undertake high standards of nursing care related to the Integrated Care Team
  • To plan, implement, and evaluate episodes of care
  • To plan and organize workload and delegate to other staff when necessary
  • To undertake nursing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriately
  • To undertake generic assessments on behalf of the team

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
