**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the effective maintenance and operation of facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary:** £53,000 - £58,500 per annum, depending on experience.
