Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Receptionist to join our team at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. As the first point of contact for patients, consultants, and medical secretaries, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Enquiries: Take ownership of all enquiries received into the department, responding promptly and professionally to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Provide Information: Supply potential customers with detailed information about the services offered at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital, highlighting our unique selling points and benefits.
- Book Appointments: Make new appointment bookings over the phone, via email, and face-to-face, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our patients and healthcare professionals.
- Support Clinical Team: Work closely with our clinical team to prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure Department Runs Smoothly: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and efficient department, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
- IT and Keyboard Skills: Be proficient in using IT systems and possess strong keyboard skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and building positive relationships.
- Healthcare Administration: Have a background in healthcare administration or a related field, with knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols.
