About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Receptionist in the Imaging Department at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide a comprehensive and efficient reception and examination booking service to patients attending our Imaging Department.
  • Respond to and deal with a variety of often complex requests in a timely manner.
  • Work to ensure all bookings do not breach national waiting time standards and manage an efficient process of initial patient assessment for all Imaging request forms.
Main Duties

You will be expected to work independently and manage your workload, liaising closely with the wider admin team in the department. You will also provide exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that patients receive a high-quality experience when interacting with our front desk staff.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the NHS, is highly desirable.
