R13 Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning Norfolk business in the leisure industry to find an HR Administrator.

The role focuses on providing administrative support to the HR function, including handling confidential information and managing the HR system. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday – Friday from offices based in North Norfolk.

The salary on offer is £25,000 - 28,000, depending on experience.

The Job Description:

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensuring the HR system & all employee records are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Providing support during the onboarding process, including inductions & reference requests.
  • Managing the HR inbox, responding to internal/external queries.
  • Processing mileage and expense claims.
  • Managing the staff absence record.
  • Carrying out workstation assessments.
  • Ordering stationary and uniforms for the team.

You Will Have/Be:

  • Previous experience within an administrative/HR function.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising across all levels of an organisation.
  • Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office suite (including Word & Excel).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality & work with integrity.
