Job Summary:

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support the firm's Attorney and Graduate Recruitment functions. The successful candidate will assist in preparing search and offer approvals, oversee the administration of application tracking systems, and coordinate interviews and follow-up on feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare search and offer approvals.
  2. Administer application tracking systems.
  3. Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
  4. Manage onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks, conflicts, referencing, background checks, and work authorizations.
  5. Create HR files for new joiners.
  6. Arrange and attend events both in-office and externally.
  7. Assist in producing confidential documents.
  8. Maintain relationships with external agencies.
  9. Support with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in programs like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  2. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  5. Keen attention to detail.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
  7. Capability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Flexibility to adjust hours and work evenings when necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate degree.
  2. At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
