Electrical Data Centre Shift Technician

PRS LTD is seeking a skilled Electrical Data Centre Shift Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art data centre in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our critical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centre's electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on single and three-phase power systems, UPS, power generators, lighting, HVAC plant, and air conditioning.
  • Work collaboratively with the data hosting company to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Requirements:
  • Full electrical City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a critical environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
