Organisational Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Lead to join our team at BIP UK. As a seasoned Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' futures by designing and delivering sustainable solutions at pace and scale.
As a key member of our organisation, you will collaborate with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and objectives. You will analyse the current state of the business and identify areas for improvement, developing target operating models, business capabilities, and roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives.
Your expertise will be invaluable in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and identify business needs. You will elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and digital transformation.
In this role, you will design end-to-end business solutions, ensuring they align with strategic objectives. You will create and refine target operating models and process and data models, collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You will also collaborate with programme managers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, developing and maintaining program-level business architecture governance frameworks and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and objectives.
- Business Requirements Elicitation: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and identify business needs.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design end-to-end business solutions, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
- Programme Management and Governance: Collaborate with programme managers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Architect or in a similar role, preferably within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks, such as Business Architecture Guild, TOGAF, or Zachman.
