Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the Gateshead Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair division, providing 24-hour services for lifts, stairlifts, and lifting equipment across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of c.40 staff to ensure optimal performance and development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service meets their needs and expectations.
  • Drive profitability through effective budget management and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee service provision, including maintenance, repairs, and installations, adhering to company standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in service management within a comparable industry, ideally lift industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen in managing B2B and B2C relationships.
