About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team at KONE, a global leader in the lift and escalator industry. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and completing minor repairs on a variety of lifts, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain lifts to the highest standards, adhering to KONE's quality and safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of lift components.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve lift performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with lifts, preferably in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
