About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team at KONE, a global leader in the lift and escalator industry. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and completing minor repairs on a variety of lifts, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain lifts to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of lift components.
  • Identify and repair faults, using diagnostic techniques and tools to minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in lift maintenance, repair, or installation.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills.
