We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team at KONE, a global leader in the lift and escalator industry. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Service and maintain a variety of lifts, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in lift maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Excellent health and safety knowledge and adherence to company policies.
