About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and managing risk factors, working therapeutically with children and young people, and contributing to a learning environment for student nurses.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete detailed mental health assessments for young people, including the identification and management of risk to themselves, others, or from others.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, bringing a nursing perspective to the team and representing the service in meetings with other agencies.
- Contribute to a learning environment for student nurses and mentor students.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision and safeguarding supervision.
- Maintain a caseload of young people, working in an evidenced-based and time-limited way, including the use of outcome monitoring to measure progress and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- RMN Post Registration Qualification to Degree level or equivalent.
- Relevant experience of working therapeutically with children/young people and their families.
