We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in London. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mental health support within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
  2. Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  3. Offer evidence-based interventions to support individuals in their recovery journey.

Requirements:

  1. NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity.
  2. Completed MAPA training.
  3. A minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.
  4. Ability to fulfill framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
  5. Proof of your right to work within the UK.
