Join Our Team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at JustNurses in London.

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mental health support within the community. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  2. Implement evidence-based interventions to support individuals in managing their mental health.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  1. NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity.
  2. Completed MAPA training.
  3. A minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.
  4. Ability to fulfill our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
  5. Proof of your right to work within the UK.
