Job Title: Adult Dementia CPN

Just Nurses is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with our client in London.


We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your requirements with excellent pay rates of £25 - £30 per hour.


Job Summary:

As an agency CPN, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mental health support within the community.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  2. Implement evidence-based interventions to support individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

To be considered for this agency nursing position, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity.
  2. Completed MAPA training.
  3. A minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.
  4. Ability to fulfill our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
  5. Proof of your right to work within the UK.
