Role Summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Psychiatric Service Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health services to older adults in Waltham Forest. As a lead clinician, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our community.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a salary range of £105,504 - £139,882 per annum, pro-rata. You will be based at Red Oak Lodge in Leytonstone, London, and will be required to work on an on-call rota frequency of 1:50, with a Category A on-call supplement (pro-rata).

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong clinical expertise, exceptional leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and agencies. You will also require Full GMC registration, Section 12 Approval, Approved Clinician status, and inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST.
