**Lead Forensic Psychiatric Care:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Forensic Psychiatric Care Leader to join our Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT) as a Consultant Psychiatrist. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and forensic needs in Cheshire and Merseyside.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Conducting risk assessments and managing crisis situations
- Collaborating with in-patient services and community teams to promote step-down and recovery
About the Location:
This role is based at Hollins Park House in Warrington, where you will work closely with local authorities and healthcare providers to deliver holistic care. As a flexible employer, we welcome applications from candidates living within commutable distance of the location.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this post is £105,504 - £139,882 per annum, pro rata, plus 10% R&R (non-contractual). We offer flexible working requests and a guaranteed interview scheme for applicants who consider themselves to be disabled.
